💳 Orders & Payments

  • You may order products directly through our website. 
  • For Cash on Delivery, payment is made at the time of delivery. 
  • For online payments, the order is considered confirmed once paid successfully. 
  • Milgaya.pk reserves the right to request partial advance payment for high-value or remote-area COD orders. 

📦 Product Information

We ensure product details and photos are accurate.
 However:

  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings. 
  • Packaging may differ from images, but quality and functionality remain same. 

If a product received is significantly different from what was shown, you are protected under our 7-Day Returns Policy.

🚚 Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery timelines are estimates based on courier performance. 
  • Once handed over to the courier, responsibility temporarily shifts to their handling process. 
  • We assist customers fully in case of delays, loss, or damage during transit. 

🛑 Order Cancellation

  • Before shipping → You can cancel anytime. 
  • After shipping → Cancellation is not possible unless the product fits return eligibility. 
  • Fake/refused COD orders may result in account blacklisting. 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled under our official Returns & Refund Policy.
 Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval.
