What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and cash on delivery (COD) for select locations.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn't been dispatched. Once the order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an unfulfilled order, simply log into your account and select the "Edit" or "Cancel" option next to your recent orders. You can also cancel or edit your order using the links provided in your order confirmation email or text message.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your sales receipt was sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder. If you still need help locating your receipt, feel free to contact us for assistance.
The price of an item was reduced after I purchased it. Am I eligible for a price adjustment?
If the price of an item is reduced within 7 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a credit voucher for the difference. Simply email us with your order number, the purchased item, and the price difference, and we’ll issue the voucher. Please note, this policy does not apply to items bought during Sale, Clearance, or Special Sale events.How will you deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered via a registered courier service to the shipping address you provided. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier will collect the payment in cash upon delivery.Can I open the Cash on Delivery package before making the payment?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders above Rs. 599 ship free of charge. For orders below Rs. 599, the shipping cost depends on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?
Yes, during checkout, customers can choose a different shipping address from the billing address. We also offer international shipping, so the country receiving the shipment can be different from the country of purchase. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Yes, we aim to restock popular items as soon as possible. If an item you're interested in is marked as "out of stock," feel free to check back regularly, or contact us for an estimated restock date. You can also sign up for restock notifications if available for that product.

Can I gift wrap an order or add a gift note?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping services for an additional charge of 100 rupees. You can also add a personalized gift note in the "Note" section during checkout when placing your order.
Product Information & Support
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
We make every effort to display accurate images of each product’s color and design. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings, lighting conditions, and product finishes over time. While we strive for consistency, these small differences are normal and not considered factory faults. By purchasing from Milgaya.pk, you acknowledge the possibility of minor variations between the product images on our website and the actual product. Please note that colors and finishes can vary slightly between manufacturers.
