🔄 7-Day Easy Returns

You may request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

✔ Product is different than shown

✔ Product arrived damaged

✔ Manufacturing fault found on delivery

✔ Changed your mind — accepted if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

 

❌ Products Not Eligible for Return

– Used, damaged, or worn products

– Accessories removed from original packaging

– Hygiene or personal items (if sealed opened)

– Change of mind if the product has been used, opened, or is not in its original packaging

 

📋 Return Process

1️⃣ Contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID + pictures/video of the issue

2️⃣ Our team verifies the request

3️⃣ We arrange replacement or refund depending on product availability

 

💰 Refund Method

Refunds are processed only:

– Once the product is returned & quality-checked

– Via bank transfer or mobile wallet

– In 3–7 working days after approval

 

Cash Refunds on COD are not issued to the rider/courier.

 

🚫 Fake / Unresponsive Orders

To protect our service:

– We may blacklist users who refuse parcels repeatedly
