🔄 7-Day Easy Returns

You may request a return/replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
 ✔ Product is different than shown
 ✔ Product arrived damaged
 ✔ Manufacturing fault found on delivery

❌ Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, damaged, or worn products 
  • Accessories removed from original packaging 
  • Hygiene or personal items (if sealed opened) 
  • Change of mind after product has been used 

🧾 Return Process

1️⃣ Contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID + pictures/video of the issue
 2️⃣ Our team verifies the request
 3️⃣ We arrange replacement or refund depending on product availability

💰 Refund Method

Refunds are processed only:

  • Once the product is returned & quality-checked 
  • Via bank transfer or mobile wallet 
  • In 3–7 working days after approval 

Cash Refunds on COD are not issued to the rider/courier.

🚫 Fake / Unresponsive Orders

To protect our service:

  • We may blacklist users who refuse parcels repeatedly
