  • Our team confirms order via call/WhatsApp
  • Pay cash to rider after package arrives

🔐 Verification Requirement

If order value is high or location is remote, we may request:

  • Advance payment of 10% OR
  • WhatsApp confirmation (picture of address)

This ensures genuine orders and smoother deliveries.

🛑 Refused / Fake Orders

Refusing the parcel at the door without reason:

  • Blocks your account from future COD orders
  • Damages courier relationship and costs the business

🔄 Change of Address

If you entered wrong address:
